🔁 Return Eligibility

You may return most items within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

  • Return requests must be made within the allowed return window.

European Union customers are entitled to a 14, day withdrawal period under EU law, which allows you to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Items damaged by misuse or wear & tear


💰 Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it:

  • We’ll notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Note: Shipping charges (including return shipping) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.


📦 How to Return an Item

  4. Send us the tracking number once shipped.


⚠️ Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect:

  • Include photos and your order number for faster resolution.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund as applicable.


🌍 International Returns (EU & Other Countries)

Customers outside the United States are responsible for:

  • Return shipping fees

  • Any applicable customs or import duties

We recommend using a traceable shipping method when sending back items internationally.
